Join us at the Beloit Memorial High School Field House for our 2nd Annual Back to School Community Health Fair!
We will have FREE immunizations, dental assessments w/fluoride, vision screening, haircuts, resources fair, backpacks with school supplies, local Beloit Talent, food and festivities!
