“By the time mid-January comes around, many people are starting to experience ‘cabin fever’ and are ready for fun activities,” said Nicole Yost, recreation supervisor for the City of Beloit Parks and Recreation Division. “Winterfest is an excellent option to beat those winter blues and create lasting memories for the whole family.”
