Come flow into your day at The Nature of the Confluence! Join Aaron Wilson for a 60-minute beginners Hatha Yoga class on the bank of Turtle Creek. Aaron’s classes move between mediation and linked-asana that will focus on Vrksasana (Tree Pose) and rooting deeply into the earth.
This is a free event and your RSVP is appreciated. Please bring your own mat, water, and maybe bug spray. This class is for ages 13 and up. $5 donation suggested.
