Nature is healing. Studies show time spent outdoors can improve mood, reduce stress, and support the immune system. Recent research suggests that everyone should aim to spend at least two hours outside throughout the week. We invite you to spend that time at Nature At The Confluence!
Explore our trails on Tuesday afternoons with inspiration from our staff. Binoculars, bug nets, bug boxes and more will be available for borrowing, and we provide free water and snacks. All ages welcome.
