Exciting Fall Events in Beloit and the Stateline Area for All Ages!
BELOIT, Wis. – As the summer is ending, businesses and organizations in Beloit and the Stateline Area are keeping the excitement alive with various events for families and couples to enjoy during September.

Day One DNA: 50 Years in Hip-Hop Culture | Now – November 16 | Wright Museum of Art
Explore the art exhibit Day One DNA at the Wright Museum of Art, featuring the work of Ice T, an American rapper, and Afrika Islam, a hip-hop DJ and producer. This exhibit highlights their private collection and focuses on their early work, influence, and history of hip-hop culture. Part of this exhibit will also be displayed at CELEB’s Gallery ABBA.
Beloit Heritage Days | September 6-8 | Various Beloit Venues & Parks
Discover Beloit’s rich history through special events and tours. Download the passport, get it stamped at four events, and enjoy a free turtle sundae from Culver’s of Beloit as a reward.
Fridays in the Park | September 6, 13, 20, 11:30-1:30pm | First National Bank Plaza
For thirty years, the Downtown Beloit Association has hosted an annual lunchtime concert series in Downtown Beloit. For $10, enjoy lunch from a local eatery and listen to live music. Each week, different restaurants and performances are featured.
Cruise Night at the Museum | September 11, 5-8pm | Historic Attractions
For family fun during the week, check out a showcase of antique and vintage cars, enjoy live music, and have dinner from various food vendors. This event is free, and attendees will also receive a discount on museum admission.
Battle of the Chefs | September 11, 6-9pm | Hidden Creek Estates
Experience an Italian food and wine festival with Top Chef winners and celebrity chefs. Enjoy chef stations, live music, wine tastings, a live auction, and a cooking competition while supporting a great cause. Tickets can be purchased online.
48th Annual Beloit Autorama | September 15, 8am-4pm | Preservation Park
Explore one of the Midwest’s largest car shows, featuring an impressive display of vehicles. Attendees can browse and trade car parts and collectibles while enjoying food and beverages from vendors. Admission is $10, with prices varying by age.
9th Annual Flying Circus Fun Fly | September 21, 8am-4pm | Rock River Aero Modelers Society
The Rock River Aero Modelers Society is hosting a family-friendly outdoor aircraft flying event open to the public. Attendees can enjoy a free swap area to buy or sell items. RV camping is offered for those interested in staying overnight to experience the night flies on Friday and Saturday night.
USS Beloit Community & Crew Picnic | September 21, 12-3pm | ABC Supply Stadium
In honor of the upcoming commissioning of the USS Beloit, a community picnic will be held to meet the ship’s crew. Various activities will include yard games, a dunk tank, face painting, and balloon animals. While the event is free to attend, tickets are required. Complimentary food will be served, and beverages will be available for purchase.
Downtown Beloit Oktoberfest | September 21, 4:30-10pm | Downtown Beloit
Celebrate the 10th year of the second-largest block party in Downtown Beloit! Enjoy an evening of German beer, live music from regional bands, and food from vendors and trucks. Other activities include axe throwing and hammerschlagen.
DEVIATE | September 28, 6-11pm | Ironworks Campus
For an event featuring art, music, and culture, attendees 21+ can experience local and regional talent showcasing their work through live music performances, painters, photographers, dancers, sculptors, live artists, and more. Tickets can be purchased online.
Harvest Haus Artisanal Oktoberfest Market | September 29,11am-5pm | Hidden Creek Estates
Celebrate German tradition for $10 admission to enjoy polka music, exciting contests including barrel rolling, stein holding, and sausage eating, and browse over 50 artisan vendors. Food and drinks are available for purchase, and tickets can be bought in advance online.
