Spring has sprung in Beloit with various events in the Stateline Area!
BELOIT, Wis. – Spring is in full bloom this April in the Greater Beloit Area, offering a mix of outdoor adventures, cultural events, shopping, and much more. Save the dates for these exciting upcoming events, perfect for both families and adults, as we welcome the spring season in Beloit.

Beloit International Film Festival | March 28 – April 6 | Various Downtown Beloit Venues
- The Beloit International Film Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary during this year’s film festival. The 10-day event showcases the power of independent films from around the globe, featuring 100 movie screenings at various downtown Beloit venues. Experience the rich diversity of international films, including many award-winning titles, and meet independent filmmakers from the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Opening Day of the Season | April 1, 10 a.m. | Historic Attractions
- Step into history at Historic Attractions on their opening day of the 2025 season. With more than 80,000 sq. ft. of exhibits, the museum showcases 25 attractions featuring artifacts from around the world, including classic cars, world leaders, famous icons, and much more. Visit on April 1 to enjoy a discount on season memberships and a chance to win exciting prizes.
First Friday Opening Reception | April 4, 5-7 p.m. | Beloit Art Center
- Support Beloit’s local and regional artists at the Beloit Art Center on the first Friday of each month. Meet the featured artists during introductions, which begin at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, with refreshments available. Each month, new artists are showcased, and their works are on display.
Beloit Sky Carp Opening Weekend | April 4-6 | ABC Supply Stadium
- The Beloit Sky Carp, Beloit’s minor league baseball team, is back for another exciting season. Visit the ballpark for the 44th season of baseball in Beloit, kicking off on opening night, 4/4/25! Enjoy major league fun at minor league prices, with a full lineup of activities throughout the 2025 season, including giveaways, theme nights, highlights, and more. Visit Beloit is also hosting a ticket giveaway all season long – just snap a photo next to the Beloit letters on the concourse by tagging @VisitBeloit and using our hashtag #VisitBeloit on social media for a chance to win a pair of tickets.
Winter Crafter & Farmers’ Market | Every Saturday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., November – April | Downtown Beloit Association
- The Beloit Farmers’ Market continues year-round! Visit to purchase produce, cheese, eggs, honey, meat, crafts, soaps, and other miscellaneous items. Grab lunch from the food truck while you are there and look for free, family-friendly activities in the market. We look forward to the open-air market starting soon in May.
Distinguished Explorer Award | April 11, 4:30 p.m. | Beloit College Wilson Theater & Powerhouse
- Join the Roy Chapman Andrews Society for its annual award presentation and dinner. The year’s award honors Dr. John Hawks, a world expert on human evolution and genetics, as the 2025 Roy Chapman Andrews Distinguished Explorer. The award ceremony and keynote lecture will be held in person at the Wilson Theater (Mayer Hall) at Beloit College and is free to the public. The fundraising dinner will follow at the Beloit College Powerhouse, with a reception and dinner. Tickets for the reception are available for purchase online.
Spring Craft & Vendor Event | April 12, 4-8 p.m. | Downtown Beloit Association
- Nine Bells & Cat Tails, the metaphysical shop in downtown Beloit, is hosting a Spring Craft & Vendor Event at the Downtown Beloit Association office. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public, offering a chance to shop for unique handcrafted items, décor, and gifts from local artisans.
Buzzed Bunny Cocktail Class | April 18, 6-8:30 p.m. | truk’t
- Kick off Easter weekend with the Buzzed Bunny Cocktail Class at truk’t. During the class, learn how to craft two signature cocktails, the Carrot Cake Martini and Cottontail Margarita, and build a taco trio with options like Fish n’ Chips, Baja Fish, and Pork Belly. Space is limited, and tickets can be purchased online.
Downtown Rockton Easter Egg Hunt | April 19, 10 a.m. | Settlers Park
- The Village of Rockton and local businesses are hosting a family-friendly Easter egg hunt at Settlers Park. Children will be divided into age groups and given a set number of eggs to collect. This year, special tickets will be hidden in select eggs, with a chance to win larger prizes. The Easter Bunny will also be available for photo opportunities.
Downtown Beloit Easter Eggstravaganza Bunny Hop | April 19, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. | Downtown Beloit
- Children of all ages are welcome to join in on the Easter Eggstavaganza Bunny Hop, happening at multiple downtown Beloit businesses. Families can enjoy festive activities like photos with the Easter Bunny, games, mascots, face painting, and more. Maps of participating locations will be available at the Downtown Beloit Association office and online.
The Charitable Sisterhood of the Secord Trinity Victory Church | See showtimes below | Elizabeth Reinholz Theatre
- Join for an engaging and humorous play where the Charitable Sisterhood gathers in the basement of Second Trinity Victory Church to organize a relief effort for homeless Guatemalans. As they sort through community donations, they uncover unexpected mysteries while navigating the challenges of their mission. Showtimes: April 24, 25, 26 & May 1, 2, 3 at 7:30 p.m., April 26, 27 & May 3 at 3 p.m. at the Elizabeth Reinholz Theatre. Purchase tickets online or at the door.
Downtown Beloit Spring Wine Walk | April 26, 2-6 p.m. | Downtown Beloit
- The Downtown Beloit Association hosts the Spring and Fall Wine Walks, where attendees can sample red, white, sweet, and dry wines at various downtown Beloit businesses. The event also includes appetizers, music, specials, and drawings. VIP tickets for the Spring Wine Walk are sold out, and general admission tickets are limited. Attendees 21+ can purchase tickets online, which includes a commemorative wine glass and 2-ounce pours at 10 venues. Check-in for the event is at the Downtown Beloit Association office.
Love in Bloom Bridal Showcase | April 27, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. | Beloit Club
Brides-to-be can bring their dream weddings to life at the bridal showcase, where they’ll meet top wedding professionals, explore trends, and connect with vendors, including florists, hair and makeup artists, DJs, photographers, bakeries, and more. Attendees can also tour the Beloit Club and enjoy special raffle items. While the event is free to attend, an RSVP is required online.
