Dirty Dash Mud Run/Walk for Kids
The Beloit Dirty Dash is an annual event held at Big Hill Park. Children and teens ages 4-18 are invited to experience new exciting obstacles, get muddy, stay active and have fun during the 8th annual Beloit Dirty Dash at Big Hill Park, 1201 Big Hill Road. Registration is now open for this fun mud run.
The event will be on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023:
• Ages 4-6: 9 a.m.
• Ages 7-12: 9:45 a.m.
• Ages 13+: 10:30 a.m.
• Family Run: 10:45 a.m
More than 700 kids have been participating, and the event continues to grow! The race is limited to 850 entrants, so be sure to register your kid(s) early.
Participants WILL get dirty and sweaty, so be sure to wear comfortable clothing. There will be several obstacles and at least one mud pit on each course!
The course ranges from a half-mile to over one mile depending on the age group. But it’s rain or shine for everyone!
The fee is $30/youth participant and $10/adult participant if registered by the June 30, 2023, deadline. Fees increase to $35/youth participant on July 1. Youth registration includes a T-shirt and medal. Additional shirts can be purchased until August 1 for $15 (youth sizes) or $20 (adult sizes).
Register online at Eventbrite or in person at the City of Beloit Parks and Recreation Division, 2351 Springbrook Court, from 7am-4pm Monday-Friday. All participants must register, including those participating in the family run. No walk-up registrations will be allowed the day of the event.
