Join us for a highland cow themed cupcake decorating class with Wicked Sweets by Kate!

Class participants will learn to decorate 6 cupcakes (3 vanilla and 3 chocolate) with a combination of vanilla buttercream frosting and fondant.

Class will cover:
Coloring the buttercream
Setting up/filling piping bags
Piping techniques for the highland cow design
Piping techniques for decorating the cows with flower crowns
Fondant techniques for the highland cow horns/faces
Boxing the cupcakes for transport home

Participants will leave with:
6 boxed/decorated cupcakes
A set of 24 piping tips and couplers used in class
