Attend the Downtown Beloit Spring Wine Walk
Every year, the Downtown Beloit Association hosts a Spring and Fall Wine Walk in beautiful Downtown Beloit. The Wine Walks feature more than a dozen unique venues offering red, white, sweet, and dry wines.
The tasting venues offer a variety of hors d’oeuvres, music, specials, drawings, and more as part of the event—adding to the celebration of friendship and wine!
New this year – there will be a Trolley available to take you to all of the venues so watch for it and be ready to hop on board!

Play 80+ Golf Courses From Around the World at Ironworks Golf Lab
Spring can bring it’s fair share of rainy weather, but that doesn’t mean you can’t play golf. Ironworks Golf Lab is a unique state-of-the-art indoor golf performance and entertainment facility located in Beloit, you’ll want to add that to your staycation agenda. Spend the day at Riverside Park
Riverside Park is a wonderful 24 acre park that features Turtle Island Playground, four tennis courts, a riverwalk for hiking, biking, or running. Rent paddle boats or tandem bikes from the pavilion at the lagoon. The park is also home to many special events throughout summer including Music at Harry’s Place, a Friday evening summer concert series.
Tennis Facilities:
These courts are available to the public and are also light for evening play. The tennis courts are open until the park closes.
Turtle Island Playland:
Located near the Lagoon and Harry C. Moore Pavilion. With a lookout tower, treehouse, and a shipwreck, Turtle Island is a fun-filled adventure playland for children. Open sunrise to sunset daily, April through November.

Time has been kind to this quaint piece of Americana. Very few changes have been made to the “classic” barber shop’s style in its nearly 100 years of history. You still see the leather, porcelain, and nickel-plated barber chairs!
Beckman Mill & County Park
Tours and grinding 12-4 pm. Chili and corn muffins. Beckman Mill offers guided tours every Saturday & Sunday from 1-4 pm through October, and they demonstrate corn grinding on the first Saturday of the month. 11600 S. County Rd. H.
Beloit Sky Carp Minor League Baseball
Season begins in April!
Affordable fun! The Sky Carp are a High-A Affiliate of the Miami Marlins. Games are played at the new ABC Supply Stadium located at 217 Shirland Avenue.
