Visit Beloit Supports Winter Drive to Help Beloit Bundle Up
Local organizations serve as collection sites for annual charity drive.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – September 4, 2026
Visit Beloit is asking residents to donate new or gently used winter clothing as part of the Beloit Bundle Up campaign. The initiative, which runs from September 14 – October 16, aims to collect coats, snow pants, sweaters, hats, and mittens.
“Beloit Bundle Up is a wonderful way for our community to come together and support our neighbors during the colder months,” states Celestino Ruffini, CEO of Visit Beloit. “Every donation makes a difference and helps ensure local individuals and families have access to warm winter clothing when they need it most.” This is the sixteenth year Visit Beloit has coordinated the Beloit Bundle Up clothing drive.
This drive provides an excellent opportunity to support our regional neighbors in need as the holiday season approaches. Last year, the community donated 539 items. Contributions can be made at several locations. All collected items will be distributed to Community Action, Inc. “Beloit Bundle Up is a wonderful example of what happens when our community comes together to support one another,” says Lexi Tintlemann, Public Relations Manager at Community Action, Inc. “Through our partnership with Visit Beloit and the generosity of local residents, we are able to help ensure families have access to warm winter clothing when they need it most. Every donated coat, hat, pair of gloves, and scarf represents a neighbor helping a neighbor, and that spirit of caring makes a real difference in our community.”
