The Salvation Army invites the community to celebrate gratitude, friendship, and a warm meal this Thanksgiving. No sign-up, no cost, just a hot meal and friendly faces.

Free thanksgiving 2025 community meal
Overflowing Cup Total Life Center presents a free Thanksgiving Day meal! Turkey and all the trimmings for 700 people will be available, and all are welcome to join. There will also be live local performers throughout the afternoon.
Those interested in helping can donate food or volunteer to assist with meal service. The Overflowing Cup is looking for donations of 30 frozen turkeys, side dishes, and desserts. Please donate items by Friday, November 21 to help feed all who attend. To donate or volunteer, please contact Pastor Mark at (608) 365-0365.

Free thanksgiving 2025 community meal
If you’re struggling without a home, disconnected from family, or just don’t feel like cooking, this is for you! The bar will be open, and football games will be on. Meals will be served until they run out. For those who can’t make it out, they’ll also be delivering meals.
To get a hot meal delivered, just call (815) 624-7350 or email rocktonlegion1@gmail.com with a name and address. (Delivery is available in Roscoe, Rockton, or South Beloit).
The Rockton American Legion is looking for donations from the community, including turkeys, potatoes, canned corn and green beans, boxed stuffing and other side dishes, bread, and coffee. If you’d like to donate, please reach out and drop items off at the Rockton American Legion.
