AJGA Girls Junior All-Star Championship heads to Beloit Club for 2026
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – November 6, 2025
Visit Beloit welcomes the premier all-girls golf tournament for second consecutive year
BELOIT, Wis. — Visit Beloit is proud to announce the return of the AJGA Girls Junior All-Star Championship for the second consecutive year. This prestigious all-girls event will take place June 29 – July 2, 2026, at the Beloit Club in Beloit, Wisconsin.
Operated by the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA), the tournament is a premier event within the ANNIKA Foundation’s Pathway Series. It provides an opportunity for elite female golfers aged 12 to 15 to showcase their skills, with the champion earning an exemption to compete in an exclusive ANNIKA Invitational.
The tournament will feature a field of 78 top-ranked junior female golfers competing in a three-day stroke-play format. Players will be selected through the AJGA’s Performance-Based Entry system, ensuring a competitive and high-caliber field.
The inaugural event in 2025 attracted 54 golfers from 20 U.S. states and territories, as well as competitors from five other countries. Alexandra Snyder of Orlando, Florida, secured the ANNIKA Invitational exemption when she was crowned Girls Division Champion, finishing 8 under-par (71-73-64-208) to lock in her third AJGA victory. The elite young athlete set a new course record for females at the Beloit Club with her third-round score.
Beyond the competition, the AJGA Girls Junior All-Star Championship will kick off with a Junior-Am played in a shamble format on Monday, June 29. Area businesses and residents will have the opportunity to support the event by registering to play with a junior player. In addition to golf, each team will receive breakfast, player gift packages, post-golf reception, and a hole sponsorship. For more information about the Junior-Am and how to get involved, please contact Matt Bosen at matt@visitbeloit.com.
The event continues on Tuesday, June 30, with the first round teeing off at 7:00 a.m. Players will look to card their best score on the 5,904-yard, par 72 course to set themselves up for success in Round 2 on Wednesday and the finale on Thursday. The 54-hole, stroke play tournament will see players tee off between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on holes 1 and 10 all three days of the event. Spectators are welcome, and volunteers are needed so that we can ensure a quality event for the athletes and visitors.
“We are thrilled to once again host the AJGA Girls Junior All-Star Championship golf tournament in Beloit, Wisconsin, next summer,” said Celestino Ruffini, CEO of Visit Beloit. “After last year’s incredible success, we’re excited to welcome back these talented young athletes and give them another exceptional experience to showcase their skills.
