BIFF Year ’Round: Where Beloit Helps Choose the Films of BIFF 2026

BIFF Year ’Round returns with a fresh format and a brand-new venue. Beginning Thursday, December 4, audiences are invited to IronTek’s Capital Room for a weekly secret-screening series featuring confidential films under consideration for BIFF 2026.

No titles will be announced in advance — the excitement comes from walking in with no expectations and discovering something entirely new. After each screening, attendees can join a relaxed audience discussion, offering insights that directly inform the BIFF Film Selection Committee.

Screenings run Thursdays at 6:00pm on:
12/4, 12/11, 12/18, 1/8, 1/15, 1/22, and 1/29.

Enjoy exclusive early access to films, complimentary coffee and treats from Fannys Baked Goods, and the opportunity to help shape next year’s festival lineup.

Location: Capital Room @ IronTek (635 Third St., Beloit, WI)
Tickets: On-site only — $10 General Admission; Free for Film Society Members and Beloit College students.
