Dairyhäus scoops in the Spring in the Stateline March 22nd! Come join us for an updated menu, extended hours, a brand new “Stormy” homemade ice cream and more! Dairyhäus celebrates its 42 annual Spring Grand Re-Opening in Downtown Rockton Friday, March 22nd!

This just in: Dairyhäus is excited to partner with local TV personality and meteorologist Savanna Brito to create a one-of-a-kind weather-inspired ice cream concoction that can’t be missed! Like a tornado, Savanna blustered into the Dairyhäus, forecasting a clear collision of a creamy cake batter ice cream and massive chunks of Halo Bakeshop confetti cake! This Spring Savanna-storm wasn’t through, as she wildly stirred in brownie chunks and frozen swirls of gooey fudge! Out of the chaos of the storm “Savanna’s Spring Storm Surge” was created and will be available upon opening, March 22nd!

Hooray for menu additions: look forward to new Specialty Sundaes, new Specialty Milkshakes, and weekly features with fresh ingredients and local mashups!
