Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest, hosted by Downtown Beloit Association, is one of Beloit’s most popular outdoor events! Hundreds of locals and visitors fill the 300 block of State Street in historic downtown to enjoy several types of beer, live music, food, and more!

The 9th annual Oktoberfest opening band is the Zweifel Brothers! Taking the stage from 5:30-7:30 pm with the headliner band, Dirt Road Revelz, taking the stage from 8:00-11:00 pm.

New this year, watch for the Beloit Fire fighters Union beer stein holding contest!

Like previous years, there will be axe throwing and hammerschlagen all night long.

The Clinton Junior Senior High School German Club will be selling handmade pretzels with a dipping mustard and offering face painting for kids. And Project 16:49 will be selling hot dogs and brats.

Admission for the event is $10 for adults and children 14 and under are free. No dogs or pets allowed.
