Signs of Spring at Welty

Come explore the changing of the seasons at Welty Environmental Center’s Remake Learning Days event: Signs of Spring!

This free event is open to all ages of learners. Discover the sounds of Wisconsin frogs, the tiny world of a native seed, the art of fungi, and challenge your sense of touch to discover phenological changes!

The event will start at 10:00 AM with a short introduction to spring phenology and then everyone will be able to explore the many different stations available. The event will run until 12:00 PM, but there will also be a self-guided hike and scavenger hunt available to do during or after the event if you would like to continue exploring at Big Hill Park.

This Remake Learning Days Event will be held at Welty Environmental Center 1201 Big Hill Court Beloit WI 53511 on Saturday April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. Feel free to come and go as you please during the timeframe of the event. This is a free event, but registration is required. Remake Learning Days is a festival of events presented by Remake Learning.
