Spring Equinox Mindfulness Walk

Join our guide Jessie Crow Mermel for this first day of spring walk. We’ll explore balance in both the internal and external landscapes as we stroll The Confluence. This walk is slow, quiet and contemplative— with many points to stop and take in the world around us with all of our senses. Please dress for the weather. We’ll warm up with hot tea at the end of our walk.

Recommended for ages 12 and older. Cost is $5/person. Space is limited so please register in advance.
