City of Beloit Trick or Treat
Tuesday, October 31, 5-7pm: The City of Beloit Trick or Treat will be held citywide. Participating homes will turn the lights on to hand out candy! Watch for trick or treaters while driving. Trick or treaters should add lights, reflective tape and/or glow sticks to be visible during the evening!
