BELOIT, Wis. – The Stateline Area is welcoming September with a lineup of events that celebrate the community, embrace the changing season, and offer plenty of reasons to get out and explore. With the start of spooky season, longtime local traditions and special milestone celebrations, September is packed with things to see and do throughout Greater Beloit.
