Visit Beloit Welcomes New Talent and Leadership Updates

BELOIT, Wis. – Visit Beloit, the official destination marketing organization for the greater Beloit region, announces recent employment changes.

Taylor Stuehler, from Beloit, WI, is Visit Beloit’s new Director of Marketing. Stuehler will be responsible for marketing the destination to visitors through traditional and digital marketing.

Stuehler brings more than 11 years of experience in graphic design and marketing. Prior to joining the Visit Beloit team, she served as the Creative Services Coordinator at Rock Valley College, where she helped establish new brand guidelines for the institution. Stuehler has also operated a successful freelance design business since 2014 and has worked with clients from around the world, as well as local organizations such as the Downtown Beloit Association and the Wisconsin Farmers’ Market Association. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Additionally, Savannah Schindler was recently promoted to Director of Communications. In this new capacity, Schindler will be responsible for television and radio appearances, pitching travel writers, hosting content creators, Email marketing, and social media channels.

Schindler has almost ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, including three years in the tourism industry. She holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Menomonie, WI. Schindler had completed a year-long internship with Visit Beloit while pursuing her degree at UW-Stout before joining the team full-time in November 2023.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Taylor as our new Director of Marketing, whose vision and energy will elevate our destination’s brand to exciting new heights,” said Visit Beloit CEO Celestino Ruffini. He stated, “We’re equally proud to celebrate the well-earned internal promotion of Savannah as our new Director of Communications. Together, their leadership marks an exciting new chapter for our organization.”
