FIRST – CEVICHE
Leche de Tigre, cucumber, cantaloupe, hatch chile pepper purée, radish, scallion, and cilantro. Paired with Mendel, Semillon Mendoza.

SECOND – PROVOLETA
Grilled provolone cheese, chimichurri, and toast. Paired with Luca, Laborde Syrah Double Selete Valle De Uco.

THIRD – ASADO
Grilled skirt steak, beef ribs, and chorizo, served with grilled peppers, chimichurri, ensalada criolla, and rustic bread. Paired with Susana Balbo Signature, Signature Cabernet Sauvignon Valle de Uco.
