Early Spring Wildflower Hike

Celebrate early spring ephemerals on this Wildflower Hike!

Meet in the upper parking lot at Welty Environmental Center at Big Hill Park, Beloit. From the parking lot, we’ll walk all the way downhill to the river before returning to the lot. We will finish by driving to the nearby Rock River Prairie State Natural Area on Walters Road to look at their spring prairie wildflowers.

The hike will be led by Dave Bendlin is a retired biology and environmental studies teacher from Milton.
