Downtown Businesses located within the Business Improvement District (BID) decorate their storefront windows for the holiday season. Windows should be decorated by Monday, November 21 with judging conducted via email, Facebook, or calling the Downtown Beloit Association office, through December 2 with winners announced on Monday, December 5.
