Join our staff for free guided hikes at 3pm and 5pm, or explore on your own! Hike distance ranges from .5 to 2 miles on mostly flat, dirt and gravel trails. Free water and snacks provided. All ages welcome.
Nature is healing. Studies show time spent outdoors can improve mood, reduce stress, and support the immune system. Recent research suggests that everyone should aim to spend at least two hours outside throughout the week. We invite you to spend that time at Nature At The Confluence!
