BIG THANKS to everyone who donated their gently used winter wear to our 13th annual Beloit Bundle Up drive! You helped us collect 331 items plus 20 pairs of brand new socks!
The socks were donated to Beloit Cares and the other items to Community Action, Inc. Community Action, Inc. will host an Open House Coat Giveaway at the Merrill Community Center on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Donating warm winter items is the perfect way to give back to Beloit’s regional neighbors in need during the holiday giving season,” stated Celestino Ruffini, CEO of Visit Beloit.

Saturday is the Downtown Beloit Association Halloween Costume Parade and Party! Bring the kids in their favorite costume for a parade and trick-or-treating with businesses and Farmers’ Market vendors. Meet at Horace White Park at 9:45am and the costume parade will start at 10am. Once you arrive to the Farmers` Market, the fun continues with a magic show, face painting, balloon twisting, and FREE pumpkins. This is a great way to enjoy the last outdoor Farmers` Market of the season! 👻🎃
