To thank our partners for working hard on the frontlines of tourism, we will be providing appetizers, and a cash bar will be available. Visit Beloit will also be presenting an Outstanding Frontline Employee Award to one Visit Beloit partner who has gone above and beyond their daily duties while presenting a high level of customer service and care to Beloit visitors. If you are a Visit Beloit partner and did not see the invite for this meeting, please email info@visitbeloit.com.
Visit Beloit has awarded the annual Outstanding Frontline Employee Award to Emily Rudicil with Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott. Jan Smith, General Manager of Fairfield Inn & Suites, nominated Emily, and here’s what she had to say about her great service, “Emily has shown up again and again to provide a continuous ‘Friendly Warm Welcome’ to every single one of our hotel guests. She is young and passionate about everyone who walks through our door, including fur babies. She has thrived in our industry and grown herself to provide the best customer service possible. Being a “Home Away from Home” hot spot means she is continuously taking care of travelers, whether it’s their first time in Beloit or a regular friendly face. The countless times we have received feedback regarding how friendly and helpful the service she provided them is amazing! Emily is an outstanding example of an individual who has continued to impress me personally by her commitment to the team and our guests. Always coming up with fun ways to treat/surprise them or provide something unique whenever we can. She is a pure example of what a hotel representative is, and she most certainly has a very bright future ahead of her! Thank you, Emily, for being you and for taking such good care of everyone!” Emily, we thank you for your service and care to our visitors and wish you many more years of great success!

We’re grateful to our partners for helping make Beloit a welcoming destination for both locals and visitors! Congratulations to Tony and Beth Bonasera of 1810 Emerson House, recipients of the Visit Beloit 2024 Outstanding Frontline Employee Award. Their exceptional hospitality, outstanding customer service, and care ensure every guest feels right at home. Read more about Tony and Beth here.
Day 6: Friday, May 9th
- Visiting Beloit with family and want to get the full experience? Our Marketing and Public Relations team has created an exclusive video featuring a Family Fun Beloit Bucket List. We encourage locals and visitors to experience these fun activities including snapping a selfie with the Welcome to Wisconsin sign at the Wisconsin Welcome Center – Beloit.
