The Stateline Area has a packed schedule of fall festivities perfect for all ages!
BELOIT, Wis. – Fall has officially arrived in Beloit, and local businesses and organizations are hosting fall events and more for families and adults to enjoy throughout the month.
“Although summer has come to a close, Beloit continues to stay vibrant with a wonderful selection of fall-themed events that offer entertainment for everyone,” says Savannah Schindler, Public Relations Specialist with Visit Beloit. Beloit Civic Theatre Performance: Lucky Stiff | October 3-5 | Elizabeth Reinholz Theatre
- The Beloit Civic Theatre is presenting Lucky Stiff as part of its fall production. The production is about a bachelor’s journey to Monte Carlo to claim an inheritance from his wealthy late uncle. Performances will be held at 7:30pm, along with matinees at 3pm. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
Vintage Shop Hop | October 4-5 | Various Stateline Shops & Boutiques
- The fall edition of the Vintage Shop Hop will feature over 400 vintage shops, boutiques, home décor stores, and more across Wisconsin and Illinois. In the Stateline Area alone, nine shops in Beloit, South Beloit, and Rockton will participate, and many locations will offer great promotions.
Farmers’ Market | October 5, 12, 19, 26, 8am-1pm | Downtown Beloit
- Since 1975, the Beloit Farmers’ Market has attracted thousands of locals and visitors to its vibrant open-air setting. With over 130 vendors, it’s Wisconsin’s second largest Farmers’ Market. Enjoy shopping for produce, baked goods, flowers, and more while listening to live entertainment and family-friendly activities.
Midwest Comedy Tour | October 5, 6pm | ABC Supply Stadium
- Although the Sky Carp baseball season has wrapped up, ABC Supply Stadium continues to host fantastic events year-round! Talented comedians from across the Midwest will be performing stand-up and improv at the Beloit Health System Club in the stadium. Tickets are available online for $20 per person.
Fall Wine Walk | October 12, 2-6pm | Downtown Beloit
- Each year, the Downtown Beloit Association hosts spring and fall wine walks. Over 20 participating venues, including shops and boutiques, offer a variety of wines. Attendees 21+ can register online for tickets, and general admission is still available for $30 each.
Taste of the Chamber | October 23, 5-7:30pm | Eclipse Center
- The Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce is hosting its 8th annual Taste of the Chamber event. It’s a great opportunity for the community to sample food and beverages from local restaurants in Beloit while enjoying live music and networking with others. Attendees will also have the chance to vote for the “best” offerings in various categories.
Beloit Halloween Parade & Party | October 26, 10am-1pm | Horace White Park & Farmers’ Market
- For over 30 years, the Downtown Beloit Halloween Costume Parade & Party invites children of all ages to dress up and trick-or-treat at downtown businesses and the Farmers’ Market. The event features live music, fun, family-friendly activities, and free pumpkins.
Halloween Pub Crawl | October 26, 7pm | Downtown Rockton
- Each year, Downtown Rockton hosts a Halloween Pub Crawl featuring several local bars, where costumes are encouraged for this free event. Some participating bars will offer unique drink specials and live entertainment throughout the evening.
Main St. Trick-or-Treat | October 27, 1-3pm | Downtown Rockton
Downtown Rockton is hosting a trick-or-treating event for children and families of all ages, with many local businesses participating. Kids are encouraged to dress in their costumes and visit businesses for candy and other fun, family-friendly activities.
